How to Delete Your Ticket Timeline Data

Ticket Timeline LLC · Last updated: July 6, 2026

Delete timeline events (keep your account)

  1. Sign in to the Ticket Timeline app and open the Profile tab.
  2. Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
  3. Scroll to Account & Data and find the danger zone.
  4. Choose Delete All Events to remove your timeline, tickets, photos, and related content while keeping your account.

Delete your entire account

  1. Follow steps 1–3 above.
  2. Choose Delete Entire Account to permanently delete your account and associated App data, including timeline content, preferences, achievements, and uploaded media. This action cannot be undone.

Account deletion triggers our server-side deletion workflow. Copies may persist for a limited time in encrypted backups or provider logs, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disconnect Gmail import

If you connected Gmail to find ticket emails, you can disconnect without deleting your account:

  1. Open AddImport from Gmail (or the Gmail import screen from onboarding).
  2. On the connected screen, tap Disconnect.

Disconnecting revokes Ticket Timeline's read-only access with Google, deletes your stored encrypted Gmail credentials, and clears staged import preview data. Games you already imported from Gmail remain on your timeline until you delete them or delete your account.

You can also remove Ticket Timeline from your Google Account's third-party access list at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Other controls

  • Delete individual events, photos, and notes from event detail screens.
  • Disconnect Google Sheets import from Settings.
  • Disable product analytics in Settings.
  • Manage marketing email preferences in Settings or unsubscribe from any marketing email.
